In Capelle aan den IJssel, we had the opportunity to completely redesign an outdated villa garden. The property had potential, but needed a luxurious touch, structure, and materials that would elevate the new architecture. In this villa garden, we aimed to create more than just spaces—we wanted to craft an experience: a garden you step into and immediately sense that every choice was made with quality in mind.

A villa garden with not one but two saunas
In this villa garden, it’s not only the shared moments that matter. There’s just as much attention given to those valuable moments for yourself. In the outbuilding, you’ll find not only a traditional heat sauna, but also a steam sauna and a jacuzzi — luxury in its purest form. The pool serves as the beating heart of the garden, offering something special for everyone.
