About this project
In Bergambacht, we were faced with a unique challenge: a long, narrow plot on peat soil, with stunning views over the surrounding polder landscape. The existing old barn forms the characterful centrepiece of the garden and became the foundation for creating different outdoor spaces. The elevated swimming pool, authentic Dutch tiles and various seating areas give the garden its own identity. By combining modern lines with natural materials and a rural atmosphere, this villa garden seamlessly blends into the landscape that surrounds it.
